Who We Are

The mission of the Sihanouk Hospital Center of HOPE is to provide a center for the further education and clinical training of medical professionals, while delivering 24-hour high-quality, free medical care for the poor and disadvantaged in Cambodia.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors is Mr. Bernie Krisher, a retired Newsweek Tokyo Bureau Chief, the Chairman of Japan Relief for Cambodia and Publisher of the Cambodian Daily newspaper. The Vice Chairman is Mr. Toshu Fukami, an independent Executive Business Consultant and leader of World Mate, a Japanese membership organization that has shown tremendous commitment to the hospital since it's inception. The Secretary and Treasurer is Mr. Randy Jordan, President of HOPE worldwide, an international charitable organization that provides management services to the Sihanouk Hospital Corporation.

Hospital Management

HOPE worldwide is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (USA) and provides full management services to the hospital. This includes the recruitment of medical and administrative personnel who sacrifice their own careers to move to Cambodia to help develop the hospital and train the Cambodian staff to sustain it for the long term. This also includes the provision of more than $20 million a year worth of medical supplies and medicines.
